I offer evidence-based psychological therapy for adults struggling with a broad range of issues including anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and trauma-related difficulties amongst others. I offer comprehensive autism assessments in accordance with NICE guidelines. Following an initial consultation, the assessment takes place over several sessions conducted by myself and an HCPC registered occupational therapist, and includes tailored post-diagnostic support.
