Therapy

Therapy room, Marylebone W1

The therapy I offer is grounded in evidence-based practice, ethical integrity, and individualised support. Therapy may be short-term or longer-term, in-person or online, but will always be tailored do your individual needs and offered in a safe and confidential space. My approach is Integrative meaning that I draw from several therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused, dialectic-behavioural and mindfulness-based approaches.

I often work with clients struggling with anxiety, particularly social anxiety and stress / anxiety related to working life, as well as low self-confidence and low self-esteem. I also offer specialised support for those struggling with issues related to Autism Spectrum Conditions, whether this be a recent or later in life diagnosis, the mental health impacts of masking, social anxiety or burnout, or individuals who may be exploring this identity for themselves. Other difficulties I can help with include PTSD and other trauma-related issues, depression and more general struggles related to stressful life events or transitions.
