Welcome. I’m Dr Josephine Swede, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Expert Witness Institute. I offer psychological therapy, including specialised support relating to Autism Spectrum Conditions, as well as Autism assessment, and expert witnessing services in London and online. I offer evidence-based psychological therapy for adults struggling with a broad range of issues including anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and trauma-related difficulties amongst others. I also offer specialised support for issues relating to Autism Spectrum Conditions. More details about how I work can be found here.
I believe that therapy should be affordable for everyone and so in addition to accepting major insurers I offer lower-cost and flexible options to make therapy as accessible as possible. Please contact me directly for further details.

I offer expert witnessing services predominantly for Asylum and Immigration cases and have undertaken specialist training with Bond Solon, as well as holding full membership to the Expert Witness Institute. Further details of my expert witnessing services can be found here.
